State Departments of Transportation and others may become members at any time during the year by committing funds to the North/West Passage Transportation Pooled Fund Study. Early submission is encouraged to enable participation in the research team selection process as well as the selection of projects to be initiated. Active membership is defined as a public, educational, or private entity contributing $30,000 or more per year to the program.
