North/West Passage has supported an Operations Task Force for eight years. The intent of the task force is to establish relationships, enhance the scope of operations-oriented projects, support further implementation of project findings, and increase interaction among the states outside of major events. This project supported the task force from September 2021 to September 2022. Tasks include coordinating and facilitating operations-oriented, maintenance operations, and Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) related topics for discussion during task force webinars.

| November 2021 | The November 17, 2021 webinar included a presentation on MnDOT’s AVL advancements in winter operations from Joe Huneke, MnDOT and also provided a round robin opportunity for member states to share advancements in winter operations from their state. |
| October 2021 | The October 20, 2021 webinar included a summary of the work completed from Project 15.5 North/West Passage Responses to the COVID-19 Pandemic and a round robin discussion on continued responses to the COVID-19 Pandemic. |
