The purpose of this project was to increase collaboration across North/West Passage states, improve electronic (e-screening) harmony, and minimize the number of stops and redundancies that trucking operators and state agencies encounter during multi-state truck movements. This E-Screening Assessment, focused on Washington, Idaho, and Montana, to document the current state of e-screening systems, and identify needs, issues, and opportunities for e-screening.
